Christmas Home - Stampin' Up! Humble Home

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas....in my stamp room that is!  My stampers always want more Christmas cards earlier in the fall so I designed this one for my last class.  The Humble Home bundle should be called the Adorable Home bundle because it's so cute!  I used a layout that I had seen another demonstrator Bonnie O'Neill use and I love how the little squares could work for really any occasion just by changing the paper.

It's a traditional red and green color combo with some pops of sparkle coming from some Festive Glimmer paper.

The card base is Real Red and then is topped by a piece of Garden Green embossed with the Snowflake Sky embossing folder.  If you like this look check out the Falling Snow background stamp that is in the Sept.-Dec. 2024 Mini Catalog.  It's stamp version of the embossing folder!

Next is a piece of Basic White and here is where all the pieces get adhered.  The little house is stamped in Versamark onto Real Red cardstock and then embossed with white embossing powder.  After it's punched out it's popped on dimensionals in the corner.  The wreath is stamped in Memento black ink and colored with Blends.  It's fussy cut (super easy I promise!) and then popped on the house with a mini dimensional.

The the 1x1 inch squares are adhered with the little heart that is punched out along with the house is added to one of the glimmer paper stars with a glue dot.  I used the smaller prints from the Reindeer Days DSP and all three colors of the Festive Glimmer paper.

The sentiment from Reindeer Fun is stamped in Garden Green ink and finally a bakers twine bow is added across the middle of the panel.

Thanks for looking!  Did you stamp today?
