A Little Banner Christmas - Stampin' Up!® A Little Cheer

Welcome back to the monthly New at SU! blog hop!  We have Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world showcasing fantastic ideas using new(er) products so that when you sit down to paper craft you have a wealth of ideas to try.  This month we are CASEing each other using those new products.  Copying And Sharing Everything is a staple of the stamping world, we get inspiration from everywhere, especially other stampers.  Each of us will show the project we're CASEing with a link back to the original so be sure to check those links out as well as hop around to all of the new projects!

I'm CASEing our fearless blog hop leader Loni Spendlove (no pressure or anything lol!).  Loni and I met at the March 2025 OnStage demonstrator event when I invited myself to sit down at an open chair at her table one day at lunch.  Fun ensued and now I have a new stamping friend and a fabulous group I get to stamp with each month!

The project I'm CASEing is Loni's Birthday Cupcake Fun-Fold card:

I loved this easier than it looks fun fold with Loni's fab tutorial.  I changed mine up to use different dies and I made it Christmas instead of birthday but you can definitely see where my inspiration came from.

I'm using the A Little Cheer bundle which is an Online Exclusive that came out in July along with the Party Banner's dies from the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog.  I cut the banner shape (6th smallest) out of the card base then stamped the snowflakes all over.  I cut 2 more banners; one using the same size from the card front in Petal Pink and the other (just one smaller, 5th smallest) in Basic White.

After stamping and punching out a variety of shapes and colors I stamped the banner string across the Basic White banner and added my punched shapes adhering them with dimensionals. I set that aside and put together the inside.

I cut a Calypso Coral band of 5 1/2" x 1 1/2" and scored it at 1 1/2" and then used the 2nd smallest Party Banner die to cut the banner end.  I folded the scored tab and then adhered it under the Basic White insert that I stamped.

Next I sandwiched the 2 larger banners around the Calypso Coral band making sure everything lined up in the opening on the card front.  I added a little white & gold baker's twine bow on the band for the final touch.

I hope you hop around to see all the great projects using the below links!

New at SU! - Blooming Phrases Birthday

The New at SU Blog Hop is back this month with some fabulous inspiration for birthdays!  We've got demonstrators from around the world sharing fun, creative projects to get you inspired for your own crafting.

I decided to use the Blooming Phrases stamp set to make a set of birthday card that will get me through the next month of cards that I need to send out.  Using many of the same supplies for each card made this set come together really quickly!

All of my cards use the Damask Designs embossing folder in the background for a subtle bit of pattern.  The Shaded Spruce works well for the stems and leaves and makes the flower colors just pop!

I used the same layout for the sentiment on each card and just changed up the flower type and colors.

Each card has a color duo that is a "light" and "dark" and helps keeps the design clean and simple.

One flower on each card is fussy cut and popped up for a little bit more dimension.

The embellishments are very simple as well with just a few gems in one of the colors added around the sentiment/flowers.

Take a look at your birthday calendar and plan out what cards you need and grab the Blooming Phrases stamp set to get them made!

New at SU! - Beautiful Gallery Blooms

The New at SU! blog hop is back this month sharing projects with New Suites and/or Bundles!  We've got inspiration from Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world so hop around with us and see what's new!

I'm showcasing the Beautiful Gallery Suite today with 2 cards that use many products from this suite.  They all coordinate beautifully and the Beautiful Gallery DSP is a personal favorite!

The gorgeous Beautiful Gallery DSP is too gorgeous to cover up so I decided to show off one of the scenes using the Gallery Blooms frame die.  I used a second frame cut from Pecan Pie to make the little photo corner accent for the one corner. The Beautiful Motifs stamp set is used for the sentiment and the stamping on the circle.

The Pressed Flower Motifs embellishments are the are the perfect accent to the frame detail.  I colored a bit of white baker's twine with a Pecan Pie Stampin' Blends marker to coordinate for the opposite corner.

My second project uses both the Beautiful Gallery DSP and the frame die again but this time the DSP is used as the background and the frame is accented with florals.  The flowers from the Gallery Blooms stamp set are stamped in Crumb Cake ink onto Basic Beige cardstock then they are colored in with Blends markers.  A few die cuts are added to finish the grouping.

To help the neutral frame stand out I embossed it with the Damask Design embossing folder, popped it up on dimensionals and used more of the Pressed Flower Motifs embellishments for accents.

Check out the rest of the New at SU! team and their fabulous projects!  Just follow the links below.

New at SU! - Encircled In Colors

I'm back with the the New at SU! blog hop crew today to show off the beautiful new 2025-2027 In Colors from Stampin' Up! This blog hop features Stampin' Up! demonstrators from all over the world sharing creative projects to inspire you in your own crafting.  I'm using the new stamp set Encircled With Love for my projects.

The Encircled With Love stamp set is one of those all around sets that covers just about any occasion and looks great with any color!

I used the 2025-2027 In Colors products for each of the card designs; cardstock, DSP, flat pearls and Faux Linen ribbon.

For the Secret Sea (gift) and Strawberry Slush (small heart) designs I added a little extra with stamping and cutting out an element to pop up with dimensionals.

And while you can't see it in the photos I highlighted a bit of each image with Clear Wink of Stella for a bit of in person sparkle.

The mix and match possibilities with this set and the new In Colors is really great!  You could make a whole month of birthday cards just changing the DSP and layouts.

New at SU! - Impressions Abloom Spring Scrapbook Pages

I was recently invited to join the New at SU! monthly blog hop and it sounded like such fun I jumped right in!  This hop has a different theme each month to showcase new Stampin' up! products.  Demonstrators from around the world participate and show off their awesomely creative projects to get you inspired for your own crafting.  This month the theme is Making Memories Last so I've done a scrapbook layout for my project.

I'm using some upcoming products that will be released on May 6th so this is fun sneak peek!  The Impressions Abloom bundle and coordinating Floral Impressions DSP will be available as an Online Exclusive!

I'm a baby scrapbooker, as in all I've created before this is one scrapbooking workshop kit, so this first New at SU blog hop is really a true challenge for me!  But I kept telling myself it was just a giant card lol! I designed the 2 page layout using colors from the Floral Impressions DSP and using what little 12x12 cardstock I had on hand.  Luckily I had some Two-Toned Pool Party cardstock that helped with the background.

The Impressions Abloom bundle is so pretty and I love the detail die that cuts the slits in the flower petals; it really adds a lot of texture.  But it's so nice that it is a separate die so you can choose when to use it!

I always end up with tons of photos during spring when so many things in my yard and nearby park are blooming I wanted to give myself plenty of options for showing them off so these squares will all fit 3x3 photos.

And here is a close up of some of the flowers.  I stamped the Fresh Freesia one and the Pool Party Flower is accented with a bit of Misty Moonlight ink dabbed on with a sponge dauber.

This was such a fun project to tackle and I think I've gained a bit of confidence for designing my own pages but there was still a fair amount of dillydallying!

I hope you hop through all the other projects and get inspired. Be sure to leave comments to say hi!
