Summer Washi - Stampin' Up!® Summer Happiness

 While our current hot, humid and smoky weather isn't screaming summer fun I've been having fun in my stamp room with the new Summer Happiness bundle and coordinating washi tape!  I used these Online Exclusive product for my June customer thank you cards!  The washi made for a quick background panel!

  I used colors that are in the washi tape for the rest of my card elements.  The base is Petal Pink and the sentiment circle is Coastal Cabana.

  The washi tape is adhered to a panel of Basic White so that the images will pop against the card base.  You can add the washi directly to the card front it would just be muted.  Just depends on the look you're going for.

  I stamped the sunglasses and cherries in Memento black and then colored them in with Blends.  The sentiment and images are popped on dimensionals with a little Secret Sea Faux Linen flag peeking out. The retired Petal Pink Dear Dots add a bit of texture to the sentiment circle.
