Lagoon Sympathy - Stampin' Up!® Gathering Moments

  I've recently used up all of my sympathy card stash and it's time to restock before I need more.  Making sympathy cards on demand is not my favorite so I like to have a few on hand that I can just send out.  The Inspire. Create Challenge has a monochrome challenge this time around and I always think that's a nice way to keep sympathy cards simple and focused.

  I started with a piece of Peaceful Garden DSP in a Lost Lagoon pattern and then added a strip of Lost Lagoon card stock stamped with the crosshatch pattern stamp in the Gathering Moments stamp set.

  The sentiment is from the Right Words stamp set and is stamped in you guessed it, Lost Lagoon.  I used a Textured Notes die to cut the Basic White panel for some subtle detail around the edge.  I stamped some of the leaves and berries from the Gathering Moments set and added them at the top and bottom of the sentiment panel.

  I sprinkled a few small adhesive pearls around the leaves for a tiny bit of detail.
