Sometimes you want to make a card where the sentiment is the focus but all of your sentiment stamps are too small or don't say what you want them to. No problem! Just stamp it yourself using the Simple Alphabet stamp set!
I started this design with a Secret Sea card base with another layer of Secret Sea embossed with the Softly Woven embossing folder. Before adhering the panel down I added a length of Barely Blush Bordered ribbon across the center.
Using Secret Sea ink and the Simple Alphabet stamp set I created my words. I find them really easy to line up and I just stamped the letters with a small bit of space between them. The ampersand is stamped in Strawberry Slush. Then I fussy cut the words and ampersand.
The words are popped on dimensionals on a Basic White Scalloped Christmas Cheer die cut panel. The big scallops really complement the curves of the letters. The scalloped rectangle is backed with a piece of Strawberry Slush.
I accented the focal point sentiment with a cluster of holly leaves and berries die cut using the Home for Christmas die set. The berries are covered with clear Wink of Stella and both the berries and leaves have white gel pen accents.
