Sweet Home Christmas - Stampin' Up! Humble Home

Do you ever get great satisfaction in using up the tiniest bits of supplies?  I certainly do!  And when I saw the Addicted to CAS challenge of "wood" my thoughts went immediately to the narrow off cuts from one of the exclusive Autumn to Remember scrapbooking kit papers that I had been saving.  If we could buy full sheets of just this pattern it would be in my shopping cart so fast!  Anyway I used these narrow strips in a wood grain pattern and added in the sweet Humble Home stamp set for this clean and simple design.

The card base is Basic White thick then a layer of Basic White embossed with the Snowflake Sky embossing folder.  I added 3 of the wood grain DSP on the side.

I stamped the house from the Humble Home stamp set in Gray Granite and then colored it in with Stampin' Blends.  Once the house was punched out I layered it with dimensionals over the top of a retired iridescent snowflake cut out.

A Petunia Pop Glimmer paper heart is added to the house and the sentiment is stamped in Petunia Pop ink and trimmed to be added to the card front.

If I had more of this DSP I would definitely be making multiples of this design!  It's so sweet and I love the colors.

Thanks for looking!  Did you stamp today?

All of the current supplies used to make this card can be purchased in my ONLINE STORE.
