Sunshine Congrats - Stampin' Up!® Encircled With Love

  I have a fun, bright congratulations or encouragement card for today.  I used some leftover pieces from this sunburst card that I made a week or 2 ago.  The colors were too nice to not make another card with the pieces.

  I didn't have enough pieces to make a full sunburst all the way around so I just drew a pencil line across the embossed piece of Basic White and lined my angled pieces along that.  I covered the seam with a thin piece of Berry Burst cardstock.

  For the focal piece I stamped the "way to go" stamp from the Encircled With Love stamp set in Crushed Curry and punched it out and then used a slightly larger Basic White circle behind it.  I used a bit of retired for the sun rays.  The ends were much less raggedy until I realized that that I adhered the sun really off center and tried to pull it back up to adjust it.  The ribbon didn't fair so well lol!

  A few Iridescent Faceted Gems finish off this bright beauty!
