At my last class we used the carryover set Storybook Friends to make a sweet spring card with an all purpose sentiment. It's great to have a few of these kinds of cards tucked away for those "just in case" moments when a card has to go out in the mail right away and there just isn't time to sit down and create something new.
This one starts with a Basic Beige card base. The cute rock wall stamp is stamped along the bottom in Basic Beige ink. The 2 blocks of DSP was inspired by a past Freshly Made Sketches challenge. I loved the idea of showing off 2 smaller pieces of DSP of which I always end of with. It makes a nice little background for the bunnies. The Storybook Moments DSP is also carrying over and you can find it and the stamps and dies in the online store under the Online Exclusives category. The DSP is backed with a panel of Mossy Meadow.
The bunnies are stamped in Memento black and are colored with Blender pens and colored pencils. Once they were die cut I popped them up on dimensionals around the sentiment strip which is die cut with the Textured Notes dies. The sentiment is in the brand new Beautiful Motifs stamp set.
A retired Boho Blue Textured Ribbon knot is added for the final detail to finish this design.
Thanks for looking! Did you stamp today?
