This design comes together really quickly and is perfect for mass producing. The base is Cherry Cobbler with a piece of Jolly Holiday (retired) DSP on the bottom. There are so many great current Christmas DSP designs, just pick your favorite instead! The tree panel is mounted on a piece of Early Espresso. The Very Vanilla frame is from the new Designer Frames embossing folders. You get 2 different shapes in this set, one is this rectangle the other is an oval.
I stamped the tree base in Early Espresso. The tree is made from a scalloped pennant that was punched out of textured Old Olive. The tree image was stamped in Old Olive and then punched out. I colored in every other circle with my Cherry Cobbler marker to add some interest and contrast there. The 2 tree pieces are adhered together and then adhered to the frame base with dimensionals.
For the embellishments on this card I added an adhesive rhinestone to the top of the tree for some sparkle. A length of Very Vanilla satin ribbon finishes off the center of the card.
80 cards down...I still need to design a card for September and I have an idea it's just a matter of making time to do it. First I have to prepare for stamp club this week! I hope everyone has a great weekend!
Thanks for looking! Did you stamp today?
